These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) of Stock & Stock Kft (Headquarters: 1044 Budapest, Ezred utca 1-3. B. ép. 2. lház. 4. ajtó, tax number: 24178215-2-13, company registration number: 13 09 199950, registered by the Companies Registry of the Budapest District Court, contact details : info@stockitb2b.com, hereinafter: Service Provider) contains the rights and obligations of the Customer (hereinafter: Customer) who uses electronic commercial services. (Service Provider and Customer together hereinafter: Parties)
General information, conclusion of the contract between the Parties
The customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment and shipping conditions set out below as well as the specific ones available in each product sheet. Shopping in the stockitb2b.com online store is possible by placing an order electronically, as specified in the sale condition.
stockitb2b.com online store is restricted to companies with valid EU-VAT numbers, and the customer must register validly and successfully on the Websites to be able to make a purchase. By registering, the Customer acknowledges that the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are binding on him.
With the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order, the contract between the service provider is finalized. When placing the order, the Customer will be expressly indicated that the order implies the obligation to pay. And the contract will be concluded when the payment has been received to the service provider. The place of the conclusion of the contract is in 1044 Budapest, Ezred utca 1-3. B. ép. 2. lház. 4. ajtó.
Purchase procedure
To be able to purchase from stockitb2b.com you need to register an account, the account approval is within 24 hours. The mandatory fields are Company name and username and password. If you have a EU VAT number please add it and the process will go faster. For orders where EU VAT number is avaialble and the order goes out of Hungary no added VAT will be added to your bill.
If you do not have a valid EU VAT number and the order is from outside Hungary your order will be subject to 27 % VAT that will be charged after the order.
It is possible to purchase with an electronic shopping cart only the products present in stockitb2b.com at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets. The images of the products visible on each product sheet are indicative, depending on what type of browser is used there can be differences in colors and resolutions. To purchase, simply add the desired products to the cart (by clicking on the buy button) and follow the instructions on the screen. At the end of the order, an e-mail summary of the order will be automatically sent with all the details relating to the purchase and the relative associated delivery times. The order will be send from our local warehouse in Budapest, Hungary within 2 working days from the order has been paid. If a customer cannot provide a valid VAT-number upon control after the order has been placed an additional 27 % VAT will be charged and payment needs to be done to the the service provider within 48 hours from the time the payment notice has been sent out. An electronic final invoice will be send to the registered email and also placed in the package. The order is only accepted via the Service Provider's website from a registered Customer and only if the Customer fills in all the data required for the order. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for delivery delays or other problems or errors that can be traced back to erroneous and/or inaccurate order data provided by the Customer.
Prices
All prices shown on the site are without VAT, and prices are only available to see if a customer is registered. Shipping costs are not included (unless otherwise specified). Shipping costs will be displayed during the order phase and the amount may vary according to the type of product purchased and the weight of the total purchase. If the shipping goes outside EU a final price for shipping will be determined depending on country and size of the package (we can arrange transport with whatever transport company you prefer).The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of the products that can be ordered from the Websites, provided that the modification takes effect at the same time as it appears on the Websites.The modification does not adversely affect the purchase price of the products already ordered. If, despite all the care taken by the Service Provider, an incorrect price is displayed on the stockitb2b.com, especially with regard to the obviously incorrect, e.g.for a price EUR"0" or EUR"1" that is significantly different from the well-known, generally accepted or estimated price of the product, or which may appear due to a system error, then the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product at the wrong price, but can offer delivery at the correct price, upon knowledge of which the Customer may abandon his intention to purchase.
IMPORTANT! If a customer cannot provide a valid EU VAT-number upon control after the order has been placed an additional 27 % VAT will be charged and payment needs to be done to the service provider within 48 hours from the time the payment notice has been sent out. Prices in Hungary are shown in NET and the VAT (27%) is calculated in the checkout.
Customs are payable upon arrival if the order goes outside EU, the buyer bear the responsibility of the custom cost.
If a product is unavailable
In rare cases a product that is for sale on stockitb2b.com may no longer be available. The service provider will inform the customer about this within 1 working day and give proposal about alternative products. If the customer refuse the alternative product the customer can be refunded or receive store credits. The service provider reserves the right for these rare interruptions.
Delivery times and shipping
For each country a different shipping rate will be indicated depending on the weight of the package, the price will be shown in the final checkout.
The order will be packed in 2 working days and ready for shipment. DPD is the shipping partner. In unforseen circumstances we reserve the right that packages might take longer time to prepare, if a rare case like that will occur the customer will be contacted.
Our shipping partner is DPD and prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Orders are handled in 2 working days and shipping time is between 3-7 working days. In rare cases the shipping time can be longer due to circumstances outside Stock IT B2B:s control.
Customers also have the option to pick up the order themselves in our warehouse on 1044 Budapest, Ezred utca 1-3. C2. A Paid order must be picked up within 1 week. If an order is not paid for within 48 hours it is automatically cancelled. For personal pickup please arrange an appointment prior to arriving with info@stockitb2b.com or by phone +36203806093. Only orders that are confirmed and ready can be picked up!
If a you want to consolidate an order from our big pallet offers, or package offers please chose “I pick up my order” as a shipping option and we will make the arrangements together with the you.
Shipments outside EU- can be arranged with buyers choice of courier or the service provider can arrange it with FEDEX and it will be invoiced to the buyer. Customs are payable upon arrival if the order goes outside EU, the buyer bear the responsibility of the custom cost.

With Bank Transfer
If you chose bank transfer, make the payment in 48 hours and send the proof of the payment to info@stockitb2b.com and we will start to prepare your order. The order will be dispatched once the payment has arrived to our bank account.

For orders in Hungary we can offer cash on delivery and payment at pick up. The payment must be done in 48 hours or the order is automatically cancelled.
Non-compliant shipments or partial deliveries
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must make a control that the packages corresponds to the number of packages the service provider has sent. The customer also need to inspect the status of the packages and that the packaging is intact and does not show any damage or obvious alterations. If there are discrepancies or only part of the packages are delivered than this must be indicated to the delivery person right away. A document must be given to you from the delivery that it is "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE - damaged package or partial delivery". Only in this way we can claim compensation from the delivery company.
Canceled Orders:
All orders already paid and ready to be shipped, in the event of cancellation by the customer, will be refunded by retaining 10% for reconditioning.
Return policy
Our shop is a wholesale B2B shop and we are are only open to holders of VAT number and we do not make returns for size changes because of that.
In the event of a return request for a non-compliant product, send an email to us writing the product code on the label, the reasons for the return and provide photos. Our customer service will process the request and contact the customer to manage the case and the refund we be done in store credits.

Warranty
For any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods - the defect must be reported by the consumer to stockitb2b.com right away with appropriate documented notification.
Repairs or replacements must be made within a reasonable time from the consumer's request. The timing depends on the type of product and the nature of the defect. For repairations the maximum is 60 days, in the event that we are unable to return the repaired product, the product with a lack of conformity will be replaced with the same product or, if this is no longer available, with one with the same characteristics and functionality, or to the refund of the amount paid. stockitb2b.com only sell authentic products without defects unless there is an indication on the product that it is IMPERFECT.
Refunds
A refund will be done in the same way as it was used for the payment in the order, unless the parties agree about a different method. If the purchase was made with a coupon or a promotional code, the refund can never be in a cash refund. A refund can take up to 15 working days to process from the time the service provider has issued the refund.
You can also take the opportunity to use a store credit that can be issued with 2 years validity.
Owner of the data processing
The Service Provider stores the data provided by the Customer for a limited purpose, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and later proving the conditions of the contract that may be created.
The Service Provider, as a data controller, forwards the data to the following companies for data processing:

The Service Provider does not disclose the Customer's data to a third party, unless the third party acts as a subcontractor/collaborator of the Service Provider (companies listed in point 9.3 or our logistics partners) when performing the contract. When handling the Customer's data, the Service Provider shall comply with Article CXII of 2011 on the right to self-determination of information and freedom of information. act according to the provisions of the law in force at all times.
By registering, the customer accepts the contents of the data protection notice and acknowledges that it is binding on him.
You have the right to request confirmation, modify, delete your data or to oppose their use (except, of course, you wish to complete the purchase).
